I hope some of you guys have been able to put a little of both away for a rainy day.Gold has already taken off and Silver will be right behind.

$850 move since I made this post on December 3rd,2023.

Gold and silver don't change value. It means that the dollar is worth less, nothing more. I do have a few Krugerrands. Turning that gold and silver into useable things when the poop hits the fan will be difficult and raise interest from Biden's weaponized IRS. I'll invest in guns and ammo. 

US Dollar index tells me the US Dollar was worth $1.04 on December 3rd of 2023.It tells me that the same dollar is worth $1.07 today.

I bet your happy that you have those Krugerrands

Will Gold close above $2900 today? I've heard that there are 2 drivers to the increase in value. Tariffs and there is uncertainty about London being able to produce all the Gold that they are supposed to have in their vaults.

Wonder when the last time Fort Knox was inventoried?

All the gurus are saying if there is a shortage in what these large storage places say they have,that there is no telling what it soars to.I think if it blows thru $3100 over this week,it won't take long to hit $3500 an ounce.

Doesn't this make you wonder how it all ends up?

I'm still wondering if this rapid climb in price can continue. It will never drop back to $2K per ounce price of late '23 - early '24, but not sure if $3K+ will last - maybe back to or below $2500 at some point? Who knows.

DOGE to inventory Fort Knox.This will be interesting.This could make Gold shoot up.I guarantee they won't find more in there than is supposed to be there.I would wager that there is less.

Gold is $2909 as I type this. Crazy - it's $1000 per ounce higher now than late 2023, little more than a year ago.

There were a couple things that happened yesterday and last night that made and make Gold very attractive again.The big thing is that you just thought Gold was on a bull run,but actually the sector just entered the bull run last night.

Gold spot price is $2932 this morning. Not far from $3K now.

Gold is and will become more attractive to people looking for a safe place to store wealth outside of the stock market.

In the last 2 months it's gone from $2650 to $2925 a huge portion of that move was the big,smart money leaving the stock market earlier than all the other people's money that are being led by a stock broker.His firm is going to get out before they tell you to.Sad,but true

Today it looks like last weekend was the time to buy a little Gold during that dip.

Still think Gold can make a little run here until the stock market takes a really big hit.If that happens,everything is going down.Even Gold,but right now Gold is still getting a surge from people leaving the market.
