does anybody here have a load for .223 using AR 2206 with 55g -50g -45g???

Hi there,

you can use:

50gr bullet with Max. 26.5gr AR2206 with a MV of 3455fps, this is a compressed load.

55gr bullet with Max. 25.5gr AR2206 with a MV of 3260fps.

40gr bullet with Max. 27.5gr AR2206 with a MV of 3590fps, this is a compressed load as well.
