7828 and 7828SC in .416

7828 and 7828SC in .416

I'm preparing a batch of. 416 Weatherby rounds and am going to use 300 gn TSX over 119 gn of RE19. It's been nearly ten years since I ran the last batch and don't recall if I crimped the bullets, I'm thinking it isn't necessary, what is the recommendation from the members here?  My supplies of RE19 and RE22 is becoming limited but I have several pounds of 7828 and 7828SC on hand and I've heard good things about it in smaller bore calibers.  I wonder if anyone here has experience with it in their .416 rifle.

7828 would be my 6th or 7th choice in the 416.
Retirement; The art of doing very little, very slowly

Expert; Someone who knows so much about so little

My Nosler book says that I.M.R. 7828 is the most accurate powder tested,115grain with a 400 grain bullet.
