Each rifle is different to what it prefers. You may have to try several to find what it likes. Welcome to the nation!  :)

HOrnady eldx usually provides to be very accurate or spend a little more and get federal or barnes in 100 grain ttsx - shoulder shots will be devastating on whitetail, they are meant to mushroom and penetrate with excellent terminal performance. Buy a box of both see what she likes to shoot and buy more either would do nicely in the 06

My 25-06 is in a Mark V but it really loves the Combined Technology 115grn Ballistic Silvertip. Both in factory rounds or my reloads.

I made my loads for my 25-06. It liked the 115 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip best but also did well with the Hornady Interlock in 117 grain, both with H-4831 powder.
Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine.

I've got a Rem 700 BDL from the mid 1990s I bought new. Like Grouchy mentioned, every rifle is going to have its own preferences. Mine seems to go well enough with the 110gr Nosler Accubonds. Don't remember what the charge is but I can look it up later if you're interested. I don't usually shoot factory ammo in my hunting rifles.
