I wouldn't expect it to be any different than the last 10 years.
And if you are thinking that Trump is going to save the country from everything that's happened over the last 8 years, you will be disappointed.
Actually I’m thinking the same way I was thinking during the 2016 election, Long term. That didn’t work out because Trump was a green horn in the DC swamp. Again, he trusted people that would eventually drag through the swamp for four years, and those politicians showed him exactly what the expression two faced meant. However, he was successful in a few areas, ( even through the legal or “illegal” harassment he faced) the border, the economy, getting money from UN countries that sponged off the USA, and raised tariffs on Mexico, China, and Korea to name a few.
Anyway, my long term thought was that he would do so well that he would serve from 2016 to 2024, then Mike Pence would get elected for 8 more years and we would completely recover from eight years of Obama. Well that didn’t happen did it. Now we have a chance for four successful years of Trump (uninterrupted by democratic BS) and eight years of JD Vance after Trump to undo all the Democratic woke bull shit. That would a damn good start toward saving the country. JMO
Addendum: Being able to hold on to the House and Senate might be a caveat?
