You are welcome! You might want to buy the manual, especially if you are loading their other bullets. It is available at Midway.
I worked deep in the shooting industry for a couple decades and still have a few old colleagues employed...some at different places now..
Quick story and I'll try to condense this as best I can.
That said, I had been in contact with Sierra pretty regularly for them to get something on their website in 2024. Everyone has something listed. (Hornady be damned)
It was really overdue now as it's 2025.
They had an APP but it only worked with Iphones and not Android or Windiws.
My guy at Sierra called me 2 weeks ago and said, great news!!! We're now up and running with our load data on the website.
While on the phone I helped them verify all the cartridges were pulling up properly. The 6.5's were showing as error and....the most important to me...
The 30-378!
It also showed as "error" when pulled up.
We had some back and forth arguing over that as he said it won't be up as we don't have the new psi data. .I said most places don't have that on psi data but still post data in cup.
After much back and forth.....
30-378 now has data showing on Sierra's website.
I really appreciate you giving me a couple loads before they posted them up.
It helped me get some test results using the 175gr bthp match
I need to revisit that bullet with a bit higher charge. I loaded up three charges. Six of each. That bullet grouped better the faster it went.
My best group was an average of 3278fps no pressure
To be continued.
I'll try the 190's next after a thorough testing of the 175's.
.
Again thanks for your help.
