I have been getting free shipping on all my Midway orders over $99 for quite some time. Never had a bad experience with them yet.

The Hornady 338 Lapua braas I got on this deal is a disappointment. Out of round and brass shards inside the neck, too much prep time for the money spent! I can't blame Midway for this.
