A McWhorter 6.5mm Weatherby rifle with either a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 with an EBR-1 MOA reticle or a Nightforce 5.5-22x50 with the NP-R1 reticle.

A Daisy Red Rider BB gun, but I'd probably put an eye out so I better just stick with what I have. ;D

An original 224 varmintmaster. In my quest for all 9 of the original Weatherbys.... that's the one I feel will elude me. :(

The 338-378 Mark V I currently own that still has that huge grin going on and every time I shoot it that grin gets bigger! Many thanks to the Weatherby Family!!

For myself it would be a MK V Ultramark in .270 Wby Mag.  It costs a bit since I'd have to go through the Custom Shop to get it, but, HEY! you're only young once, right?.... :D

Of course, if I could afford a Weatherby Mark V Deluxe like this:

www.gunsinternational.com/Weatherby-Mark-V-Deluxe-NIB-270-Wby-Mag-.cfm?gun_id=100198932

I'd put a nice, shiny Leupold 3 X 9 of some sort on it & consider it to be a fair deal all around.  I love the fantastic fiddleback on this run-of-the-mill stock on a non-custom shop rifle.....  ;D

ATTN:  Colt Army

Check out gunsinternational dot com.  They often have .224 Wby Mag Varmintmasters listed for sale:

www.gunsinternational.com/Weatherby-Mark-V-224-Varmintmaster-German-Blond-.cfm?gun_id=100210205

Something like this could tempt me away from the .270 I lust for... ;)  However, be warned that the price of this rifle is well below what they usually cost.  More often than not they run over $2,000.  Many are quite a bit over that figure.

As much as I would love a double rifle I just  wouldn't use it.    I already modified my choice.

Since Weatherby is gong to build in house I would have them build a one off  Mark V short action single shot  heavy bench rifle in 6mm br with an unlimited supply of kreiger  bull barrels, with  40 x 52 March scope.

OR   6.5 Wby  XX-heavy barrel  for long range shooting, with a NF 5.5 x 22 scope

Actually I would like both.

Marishka after your piss poor attitude trying to get starfighter to sue Weatherby. I dont think anybody cares less about what you want or have to say.

By the Grace Of GOD I have it. Many years ago A Freind sold and traded me A 1948 model 70 in 375 H & H it needed A new stock and I never found one. Then I was in need of money and sold it to Williams Gun Site. I later looked to buy another but couldnt find one. then one day I was at williams and there it was back on the rack I bought it on site. Then along came E-bay And I found an Original stock in no time. It is now ready for my Dream hunt An African Cape Buffalo.

Well 257 Shooter, that is pretty cool. I wish I could say that.

I have two Weatherby rifles now, so truthfully I already have my dream rifles, or at least two out of three of them. I guess what I dream about most now is finding the right place to hunt with them...
