;DJust moved to Colorado Springs, CO, late last night. What a difference from our old home in Palm Springs, CA. Too - Too hot there in the summer. Arrived at 5:30 and the temp was 70 Degrees. How nice is that coming from a place that has temps 105 to 120 over the summer consistantly. Temps over 100 start in mid May go all the way through October and drop below 100 after the 2nd week of October. Me & the wife & the 2 dogs are just lovin it here in Colorado Springs. What a lovely town. Waiting to get into our new house on Monday. till then, we be hotel'n it & fast food'n. Ate Schlotzky's sandwich place today. You've got to try the Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich, YUMMY..
