Crazy world we live in.  I'm now carrying 24/7, unless I have to go on base, and that's because they do not allow private weapons.

Was it a cop that shot the shooter?

I saw where it was an armed parishioner that took him out.

News says that a cop was there within 32 seconds of the 911 call.Within 8 minutes of the call the shooter was neutralized.Could have been a cop at church I guess,but they kind of described it like a car was right there close and they got him out the back door and shot him.It also says that,to gain access, he drove his truck into the building.

The news was saying that it was an LEO who shot the bad guy.  I can't see them responding that quickly and neutralizing the bad guy.

I believe the cop was in a parking lot a half block away and arrived on seen in 32 seconds and then it took 8 minutes for the guy to find the shooter and take him out.I bet 8 minutes seems like forever if you are at a shooting and hunting the bad guy down and then engage him.

Yes so sad. That church is 5 miles from my house asca crow fries.  And the shooter from the city of Burton where i live. Whats different about this guy. Is he was a trump supporter and a avid deer hunter. He claimed that denomination was the anti christ. So glad the police and a DNR officer where there so quickly and shot him in the parking lot. Prayers for all affected by this tragic shooting.

I wonder if PTSD had anything to do with his actions?  I heard he was a retired Marine.  So, sad.
